My game constantly has stutters even while in sandbox, and only exacerbated when playing in game. I've tried reinstalling the game, optimising all my settings to the lowest possible values, vsync on/off has no effect, I've prioritised project8 on my memory, I've updated all my GPU CPU and LAN drivers. This issue wasn't really present when i first played the game, it only started to happen around 2 weeks ago (around the second last update).
My brother plays on the same ethernet switch and has never encountered this stuttering issue even while playing the same lobby, and his PC is only marginally better than my own.
My PC is able to run games like Black Myth Wukong, Valorant, RDR2 etc. on high settings without ever encountering stuttering issues.
Please advise on what I should do, I love the game but it's really unplayable as it currently is.
