I have good fps most of the time 140-180 but when something happens for example someone uses some ability or zipline game freezes for half a second 500ms frame time.
This has been happening for a while and is making the game almost unplayable for me.
I have verified my files and updated gpu drivers (AMD RX 7900XT) and it still happens.
