Console keeps popping up for my friend's game whenever he hits the space bar. Makes it so he can't aim down sights nor use abilities.

As the title says, my friend ways trying to play the game like normal but every time he hit the space bar, the console commands would pop up and he was unable to do basic functions,. He didn't remap anything and launched the game like normal. No other programs running or anything. It doesn't happen in the sandbox, only real games and bot matches. He had to leave the match he was in and got a temp ban because it was unplayable for him. Attached is a video of the event in a bot match.

Update: The error seems to have been resolved. It was an issue with their keyboard.
