Consistent Crashing Issue

I have been experiencing consistent crashes whenever I try to either do the Lane Training in "Learn to Play" or join a Public Bot Match. It will sometimes load up most of the way, but it always crashes to desktop. The only game mode I am able to play without any issue is Sandbox mode. I can't tell if this is resulting from a problem with my internet, hardware, or something else altogether.

Addendum - I was able to join matches, but I keep crashing consistently during them, as well as experiencing monumental lag spikes.
