Connectivity/running issues?

I have no clue if this is just me or if others are having this issue but my game will not run more than 1 frame when loading up, and I get the Error code 0 when I first load up the game? what do I even do? I've validated game files and even uninstalled/reinstalled?

Anyone know of a solution?

I get that error sometimes as well at launch, I think you can safely ignore it. The 1 FPS issue is probably this one that others have been reporting. You should be able to work around it by changing the voice input device to something other than 'default device'.
