Communication is limited by mistake

Good afternoon. My communication was restricted. I can't play rank mode anymore. I haven't played the game for a week. I came in and played 5 games. I didn't write or say anything bad. I was given a 2-day limit right away. Not 30 minutes, not an hour, not a day, but 2 whole days. What is the punishment for?

People are abusing the automated report system to get anyone banned. The issue is that if you unintentionally tilt too many people (simply by playing infamous heroes or killing someone repeatedly) you will get banned.

I got a 2 day comm ban after just telling someone they could get banned for pause abuse because they got ganked and decided to pause the game and flame my tema. If it's on me, I'll own up to it, but I just took the time to review my last five ranked matches up until I got comm banned.
