Communication Banned (After previous Ban) THREAD

Hey, it seems like there is a lot of issues where people get banned for communications after their last ban. same thing happened to me. First ban was from Saturday 20:30 Prague time, 48 hours. Now, from Tuesday same time -> Saturday.

The first ban could be justified, I was toxic, but the second one not, I think, I didn't play many games, and I paid attention to what I'm saying. Last game before banned second time I had an eternus mirage who went afk for 6 minutes because he was 3/9 and told enemies to finish fast (in ranked) so I reported him. I assume he reported me back, and that's why I got insta flagged and banned? Otherwise I was really positive, and not toxic.

I had ban for voice chat untill 1st november, after it, I played ranked mode without any aggression, I have smth like 22 commends after 6 games on abrams. I was ULTRA FRIENLY. Today I had toxic afk player on IVY in match 26211965, he was farming when 5 of us fight and said that he dont believe us anymore becouse we didnt help him one time in the game in last fight. I guess that's he's reported me, all my team commend me and I was banned AGAIN. For what??? Becouse I answer toxic guy and he reported me for that??? How is it work?

Oh this could explain what happened to me, I had a coms ban which I probably deserved, after my unban I played some games again.
I didn't use chat.
I went 16/2 and the enemy said "reported aimbot".
I got banned shortly after, its unfair and im quite afraid to play with coms on now

I'd like to turn off all communication and see if that prevents further punishments.
Im sure everyone will hate it when I dont communicate in ascendant, they will report me, and i will get banned again eventho i havent said a word since its off, time to test that out!

I feel like the stacked up reports never vanish (even after already being punished).
This assumption is created because I see many people being banned shortly after their previous ban.

Someone gets reported x times (lets say 20). Gets banned for 2 days.
2 days later, unbanned.
Plays 1 game, gets 1 report.
Same guy now gets banned for 4 days with 21 reports on account. (with or without saying anything in the chat)

I am not completely sure if this is the case but I wouldnt be surprised as some people claim to get banned instantly after just being unbanned.
