Communication ban problem

Hello to reading players and (hopefully) developers.
The second week, I encounter restricted communication for 7 days. If the previous ban can still be argued, then what happened today slightly shocked me. I specifically did not communicate with opponents and communicated with the team only on information. I didn't insult anyone, didn't say bad words, etc. and I'm sure I didn't get the reports from the teammates, because we communicated quite well throughout the game. I can well assume that the enemies just threw reports on our entire team out of anger, because at the crucial moment we turned the game in our favor (+they were pretty harshly spoken out in chat throughout the game).
This little remark was about this: to make the punishment system more accurate, because when you get banned from communication for the second week in a row (this time there's just nothing to do), then you clearly don't want to play the game
I got banned for 7 days and I can't even calibrate my rank. Make the lockout at least 3 days, because it's really awful when you can only play your favorite game once a week, or at best improve the decency system to be more accurate.

same thing happened to me, I gor banned and then right when I got unbanned I played a couple games with minimal shit talking and got banned again. It's a fucking videogame, I shouldn't be punished for retaliating against trolls who know they can abuse the report system.

Now I assume youre here just to stir shit, but from the evidence Ive seen it seems that 3 reports in 1 match, even if they are from the enemies in entirety or in part, will cause you to automatically be banned.

You do not need to say anything for this to happen, as the only thing checked for is the number of reports, not if you actually did anything. And people can report you for any reason. Did you feed? report, did you own the enemy? report. did you make a bad call? report. You do not need to actually talk shit to be banned for communication abuse.

No, man, I’m not here to cause problems, but given this particular thread, I can understand why you would think that.

I genuinely enjoy discussing and theorizing about the issue. At the same time, I find it ironic when some people show up here acting like victims over an apparent problem, especially when they were legitimately banned.

I fully agree with you that there is a problem—it’s clear from the number of reports. However, the situation isn't helped by people trying to exploit a legitimate issue to defend their own justified bans. When they’re called out, some respond with childish name-calling, which I can’t help but poke fun at to highlight their behavior. Ironically, this often demonstrates why the ban was likely justified in the first place.

People like you should also be frustrated with them because it only serves to discredit those who are truly affected by the abuse of the report system. Where's the evidence? I'm still looking into it, but still haven't received any answer when people claim that myth.

Also don't you think it's suspiciously funny that suddenly comms ban complain started spiking up 10x after ranked mode introduced while the report and comms ban system have been introduced for 3 months already? Try to think about that.

welcome in the club mate idiots in your team might report you even for bad kda/ underpoerforming or enemy can report you for owning them so hard and you get comms restricted xD

same... i'll admit one game i said "pussy" and next game i said "trash" after killing them when they previously tbagged me. I received a ban shortly after... i dont think ill ever learn lol

When will any kind of authority address the matter? Never. You'll take your inevitable permaban via report bombing and find a different game.
