Comms Restriction without doing anything

Devs can you look into my account? I got comms restricted on OCT 14 if I'm not mistaken until OCT 17 now i just played 3 games without trash talking anyone or anybody now I got comms restricted again till OCT 21? The same thing happened to me, my chat restriction expired today at 3:47 PM, I played one lobby, muted someone and reported them for being toxic, and now a few hours later I'm the one who is chat restricted? Game ID is 23238667. I also want to play ranked games. This has been happening repeatedly for the month of October, I just got off of a bizarre chat restriction for seven days

Yes this is a bug. Had the same thing. Comms banned for 3 days - play 1 game with barely any talking - immediate ban after that game again.

Don't hold your breath on Valve doing anything about this, they don't care about this stuff and they never have. Source: 10 years of dota 2.

Why a report for chat abuse exists is mental to me. Hey let's risk all these false positives based on a completely unspecified definition of 'toxicity', where anyone can report anyone for anything, even though we have a single click mute button that allows them to never hear from that player again.

Likewise here. Literally 5 games and I'm banned again and I hardly said/typed anything.
