i got muted in deadlock for no reason actually by last game
all i said in vc is calls to my team
w/o any insults
how can i get appeal for unmute

It would be nice if Valve could explain what triggers a comms restriction, like being reported/heuristics based on language/etc. I've been unfairly banned from comms too

Unfairly restricted here too, and I have never even used voice chat. I'm polite even to my enemies... maybe I should just not ping or talk at all?

This is exactly what this is going to encourage. Zero comms. Low quality games.
All for fear of people abusing reports and getting their ranked access taken away.
