Comms restricted third time in row

after first time I decided its better to not use chat or your microphone, it looks like if you get reported few times its over...I play solo/random and sometimes people report for no reason or they report you for being good/bad...Now i got banned for 9 days and cant play ranked, as I said after first ban i decided to not use chat...Please can you fix this and unban me. Its kinda annoying

bro i got 3 times restricted for no reason, like after the first ban i play a game dont type anything dont speak in voice and i get banned xD
