Comms Restricted Is that a Bug? pls help. No time 20 minutes ends pls

Hello Deadlock Team,

First, I would like to thank you for creating such a fantastic game. I truly enjoy it, and it has been a wonderful experience so far.

I am reaching out to request your assistance and would like to briefly explain my situation:

Recently, I was suddenly marked as "Comms Restricted," and I’m unsure why. During my previous games, I only gave constructive instructions, such as “Come to yellow lane” or “I need help in the team fight.” Thanks to my calls, we managed to win 3 or 4 games. I admit that I can sometimes be emotional, and I apologize for that, but I didn't offend and I wasn't toxic either. my intention has always been to support the team and contribute to our success.

I am now very close to reaching an important milestone: I have won 5 out of 6 games and just need one more round to complete it till 5 november. I would be extremely grateful if you could allow me to play this final round so that my previous efforts do not go to waste. because the "Comms Restricted" lasts until november 5th and i can't play any more games.

Is it a bug that you can't play with Comms Restricted? Because I'm not allowed to talk but I can communicate on other sites or not? so I should still be able to play or not?

It's a real shame, I've won 5 out of 6 games so far, but I still need one last game for everything to count. It would be really important to me that the successes so far are not in vain. I hope they see this message quickly, as tomorrow is the last day.
 
It doesn't matter now, it's all over and for nothing.
i will neither talk nor write in the game bad luck if you lose your rank without reason because others report without reason

It's not a bug, it's just a button a bunch of people can spam to ban you for no reason.
There is no actual system there, and the devs are asleep at the wheel.

You're right: in the end, the game only loses players. It's frustrating when players sit down for hours (about an hour per game) to play the required 7 games and then get banned on the sixth game, so all their efforts are for nothing. No wonder players don't enjoy playing anymore.
