Comms restricted again after 5 games

I played 7 matches since my communications restriction ended and got another coms restriction. Erring on the side of caution, I typed nothing other than GGWP or GLHF, and I barely used my microphone except to make missing callouts, and input about whether we should run the urn or not. I don't know what to do at this point. Do I need to start recording all my matches to give video proof that I'm not doing or saying anything that should cause a restriction on my account? Do I need to leave the chat every time I join a game?

i feel like reporting is bugged. i barely played deadlock this week and today i played one ranked and we got stomped by a smurf (2x our top networth) and i reported for matchmaking and i go instant reporting disabled and now blocked from playing ranked.
