Comms Banned? Is this Auto??

Just got comms banned for the 3 time for no reason. I don't remember the first time I got it, maybe I was in wrong I don't know. 2nd time I legit didn't do a thing and then I finally get unbanned and I get on today to play and after my first game I get comms banned for not doing anything wrong.

I know must wait 8 days to be able to play ranked again and that is absurd. This really needs a fix!

Check that game and tell me what I did wrong. Not a thing.
Also the banns need to start telling you what you offense was, like what league does. This is asinine to have this still happening after what seems like all month

Yes its auto. It might be an exploit. You can do it right now. You can easily get someone banned if you report them, works better if you're in a group. 3 people report at the same time. Just report Voice/Text abuse and have the same reason.

They won't review it. Which is kinda broken.

Same just happened to me.

It happened after I killed a Haze like 8 times in one match because he tilted after we ganked him. He literally paused the entire match to write "it takes two." I messaged him saying "You know you could get banned for that right?"

lol a haze did that to you too ? i called out, in text chat, our Haze for farming and never helping to stop and go in fights. I got comms banned. It's easy to auto ban people right now.

if you win too much or tilt too many people you will get banned, it's bad

People are abusing the automated report system to get anyone banned. The issue is that if you unintentionally tilt too many people (simply by playing infamous heroes or killing someone repeatedly) you will get banned.

I got a 2 day comm ban after just telling someone they could get banned for pause abuse because they got ganked and decided to pause the game and flame my tema. If it's on me, I'll own up to it, but I just took the time to review my last five ranked matches up until I got comm banned.

Yes, that is an exploit, people in parties just think its funny to ban people for nothing. Happened to me, while i was playing normal mode, didn't say anything wrong or offensive, but people thought it might be funny to ban someones comms (match id: 24359256, i was playing pocket). Devs need to imporve false report detection system like in dota: you fake report - you get banned for some hours.

Had a 3 day off time from work, which happens once a year and got a 4 day comms ban... I deserved a ban but not for that long, calling someone p word for going back and healing 5 times in a single minute is not worthy of 4 days imo.

Couldn't play or give info to teammates outside pings, the comms ban literally impacts the whole team you are playing with so it's a punishment for everyone.

Yes it's automatic. People on discord confirmed you just get 3 people to report someone in the same match and it's an auto ban with no review. Rampant report abuse. But guess what? Report bans are based on spamming them, NOT misusing them. So these people won't even get punished for doing this.

If you're punishing your teammates on purpose, that's griefing, and should also get a ban.

If you really felt like your punishment harmed other people, you'd refrain from playing during your comms ban. This is just concern trolling. Playing with you is currently a punishment for everyone when you lose control.

Hi yea i noticed that if you're destroying in the game anyone from the other team can mass report you and get you banned. this is totally busted and yoshi needs to fix this. I been banned several times and i haven't typed a single word that's bannable.
