comms ban (remove it already!!)

got banned for nothing in comms? now cant play ranked, what a weird thing. already so many people told yall thats is no good. so why dont you remove it? make it something like if u were (may not n u got banned only cz of reports) toxic in chat - u get mute in chat, in voice chat - u get mute in vc. yet still you can communicate somehow with ur team, so then means u can still play ranked. because right now this comms ban is absurd. why when i play UNRANKED if im not doing anything or having fun w my friends, im getting banned in RANKED. this is absurd one more time
