comms ban for no reason

the first time i got comms ban was because of my fault but since then i have not been toxic at all and still recieved a 4 day ban.
since I got unbanned i have recieved 43 commends on one character all within the ranked time frame because i only play ranked. I only use the mic for call outs and plays im about to make. Do i need to turn off voice and text chat so i dont get banned in the future?

Biggest blunder by valve yet, it seems that everyone is getting comms banned right now. Protest by not playing, from this point onward i will not be reporting any reportable offense since it doesn't work correctly and it has been used against me as well.

I hope player numbers or match quality gets impacted so devs actually see the problem, otherwise we will keep getting banned because of this abusable system.

This is the 3rd post about comms bans and to be honest, if get a comms ban you earned it. If you get another ban like the OP posted they did, good. Zero tolerance because you're ruining the game for other because you are being toxic or raging out and it should be extended longer.
