The Clown Commando would be a tanky character who wants to disrupt and irritate enemies, capable of isolating targets and bolstering his team. He'd be a strange character, one with lower than normal movement speed but the fast-dash distance/speed.
His first ability, Balloon Animal Arts, would have charges and a unique mechanic. Activating it would begin channeling, which could be cancelled by pressing the ability again or by using stamina. While channeling, the clown would be slowed down. Depending on how long he spent channeling, he would make a different balloon animal to throw at enemies, starting with a snake (which would damage and poison enemies on hit,) then a hawk (which would knock up an enemy hit) and then a monkey (which would attach to the enemy and silence it while periodically attacking.) Finally, a puffer fish could be made (which would knock back enemies and the Clown in radius) but if he spent too long channeling it would explode in his hands.
His second ability, Unicycle Maneuver, would allow him to ride a unicycle to gain a movespeed bonus and become immune to slows. He can attack and use spells while riding. Crashing into an enemy or taking an amount of damage would knock him off of the unicycle. Once knocked off the unicycle he would briefly gain damage resistance. The Clown Commando would do damage and slow an enemy he crashed into. While riding, he could channel balloon animal arts with no movement speed penalty.
His third ability, Masterwork Clown Trumpet, would also have charges but it would not have a natural cooldown. Instead the charges would replenish by doing damage (gun damage or spirit damage.) Activating the trumpet would release a pulse that does a small amount of damage in an area. The trumpet would also apply a stacking buff to nearby allies and a stacking debuff to nearby enemies. The buff would be a small amount of bonus resistance, and the debuff would be a small amount of decreased resistances. It would initially be minor, but could eventually stack up. Using the trumpet would refresh both buffs and debuffs. The trumpet can be used while channeling balloon animal arts.
His ultimate, "Channeling the Masters," would be rather strange! He'd place down a wardrobe and hide in it. Clown ghosts would periodically fly out of it that work as remote-controlled missiles. Each clown ghost would be holding a cream-pie. Direct hits with the ghosts would briefly curse the enemy. Indirect hits would only do damage. The enemy could destroy the wardrobe by doing damage but it would have a separate health-bar from the Clown's. While inside the wardrobe his clown-trumpet periodically blasts with increased radius. He cannot use other spells or his gun while inside the wardrobe.
His gun would be a machine gun with an under-slung water balloon launcher. The alt-fire would fling a water-balloon, which explodes and deals damage in a small radius.
The Clown Commando is a master entertainer with an ability to disrupt and entertain even the stoniest hearts, or at least, that's what he told himself. The modern world is too sad, too tough, too distracted by misery to stop and laugh at a good cream pie or a man falling off a step ladder. He sees the ritual as an opportune to change things, feed the hungry, heal the sick, and more importantly give some humour back to the tasteless audiences who have become too bored to even boo him.
