a clown car full of ghost clowns, who uses a disembodied radio announcer voice with a strong transatlantic accent to speak via its dashboard radio
WEAPON: a hidden-squirtgun flower in a cute little flower pot sitting on the hood near the passenger-side windshield, which fires a continuous stream (either regular water or the classic multicolour endless handkerchief) kind of like Bebop's laser
LIGHT MELEE: the ghost clown in its passenger seat quickly reaches out the side window to swing across the hood with an oversized inflatable baseball bat
HEAVY MELEE: it revs up, passenger brandishing their bat, and peels out for a straight-on impact with its front fender with the passenger swinging the bat across the hood on impact
PARRY: it turns 45 degrees and opens and closes its hood, trunk, and four doors all at once as a counter-impact
ABILITIES: i don't know what they would be yet, but they would all involve its (infinite supply of) ghost clowns using classic clown props to perform dangerous practical jokes or emerging from the car in comedic quantities
ULTIMATE: the car revs up, squealing its tires, and charges quickly forward up to 30m with restricted turn rate
when it impacts a Hero or a wall it violently crashes, dealing melee impact damage to the target, stunning the Clown Car for 3s and making it invulnerable and untargetable for the same duration, and causing the ghost clowns inside to "die" and continuously pratfall out of the car in all directions (each door emitting a ghost clown every 0.3s in a random direction within a 90 degree cone) (44 clowns total, +4 for each 0.3s of buffed duration), with each ghost clown dealing an instance of Spirit damage per Hero as they roll away from the car before fading out of existence
T1: the ghost clown in the driver seat ejects through the windowshield on impact, stunning the target for 2s
T2: the pratfalling ghost clowns apply a 1s Slowing Hex
T3: on impact, the rear trunk pops open, causing a clown horn to fall out of the trunk onto the ground, while a very large ghost clown begins slowly pratfalling out of the trunk; 1.75s later, it finally flops onto the ground causing the horn to honk; 0.25s later, it explodes in a 5m radius, dealing additional Spirit damage and applying a hefty Spirit DOT
WALLJUMPING: where other heroes have their legs magnetise to the wall, the clown car briefly rotates so it looks like it's driving on the wall
TRANSIT RAILS: it drives on them upside-down using its front-right and rear-left wheels ("single-track drifting!!!") as though it's trying to give its flowerpot squirtgun the widest possible angle of attack
