CLIENT moving cursor to the right

Not much else to say, whenever I go on to the client even after the new updates my cursor is being weird and sliding to the right. I can still press things and there isnt much resistance so I can still move around pretty freely. It also happens in game when im in the shop or trying to upgrade skills. Why is this happening?

bruh, i fixed it. It was my controller that has stick drift that was plugged into my computer haha.
