I was about to say she wasn't cheating, then I realised the auto aim made her very jittery, she was missing (in a jittery way, due to bullet projectile prediction), consistently, and just before the knife comes out, she corrects quickly to lady, and during cast time, it again snaps to lash.

Even if we account for the fact she may have FOV expanded beyond default allowed config, that is not natural human movement.
