cheater with previous VAC ban

If you are taking this phase of the game seriously in regards to cheaters please do not allow players with a history of cheating to be invited to the game. I thought the point of the waiting period was to see if a player was in good standing enough to be allowed to participate. Once a cheater will always be a repeat offender. They can play Deadlock when it's released as a full game. But not here when they are corrupting the data gathered that is essential for feedback and improvements
