Cheat Death proccing after Shocking Reanimation (Victor)

When using Cheat Death as Victor, dying causes Shocking Reanimation to go off before Cheat Death. Not sure if intended as Cheat Death holds you at 1hp, whereas Shocking Reanimation is used at 0hp

As a Sinclair main: How it's worked for me when I copied Victor's ult was, 'Shocking Reanimation' would go off before 'Cheat death' so I assumed you'd be correct. I went into sandbox for a bit, and then a thirty minute bot match to test different ways of dying and could not reproduce this.

I died to:
• My own aura
• Enemy heroes
• Troopers
• Guardians
• Walker

It's possible you thought you had ult or ult came back right as you died although Victor's Ult has always been weird, so it's probable if I kept playing I would experience the same bug.

Sometimes as Sinclair, I copy 'Shocking Reanimation' and the ult gets consumed and goes on cooldown, but I end up just dying normally. :|

Testing this in the sandbox: if you use kill hero on Victor it activates both cheat death and shocking reanimation, causing the cheat death healing reduction to apply to the ult and making a proper mess.
Notably, dying normally (to the wave, for example) does not trigger Cheat Death.

This means that any execute is likely to trigger both. If you make a shiv bot as a mimic, it indeed triggers both simultaneously:

I should note that this happened to a friend of mine during a Street Brawl game. I've been playing it a lot so I'll try to find the match ID a little later today.
