Cheat Death: non-lethal damage procs thread

Edit: I've repurposed this thread to be a collection of bugs where Cheat Death procs on non-lethal damage.

Lady Geist's Malice, when cast at low enough health, triggers the Death Cheat item even though the damage from Malice can't be fatal. This issue doesn't seem to happen with Essence Bomb.

Shiv's Bloodletting passive effect also seems to trigger Death Cheat even if the damage wouldn't be fatal (Blood Tribute can't kill the user, right?).
