Chat wheel UI not aligning with callout selection

When reassigning chat options that include multiple lanes, the following happens.

1. It only aligns to the left of the wheel (idk if this is intended).
2. It often will default to one of the "lane" options permanently, even when selecting the other lane options.
3. voice callouts will default to "headed to..." instead of "push/defend..."

Please fix this, a lot of comms are useful but can't be used.
