Chat wheel submenus in wrong position

I customized my chat wheel.
I added "Headed to Lane" and "Push Lane".
Both have a submenu, but the submenu is stuck in the position of one of them.
Check the screenshot below for reference. I was able to reproduce the issue after moving "Headed to Lane" from the top to the right.

I've also run into this issue. It seems to only happen on my end when Headed To Lane is on the top selection of the ring, trying it out on the other sections had the pop-out come up in the intended spot.
