Chat Wheel expanded pings override each other

If you have two expanded pings (those that end in ... and let you select options) on the wheel, picking one will make it so you can't pick the other. Instead, picking the other option will open the menu for the first.

Also related oversight: The "Push Lane" chat wheel item is actually an expanding ping as well, but it does not end with "..."
