Lieutenant Charlie Rivers was part of a military squad involved in a secret quantum experimentation project known as Project UraGea . The objective: to create a "ring" capable of rewinding a few seconds of time during critical combat situations to save lives.
During a live field test, an anomaly caused the experiment to collapse, trapping Charlie in a temporal loop. He vanished from the world... but returned decades later, out of sync, with fragmented memories and an unstable connection to time itself. The ring remains on his hand… but whenever he removes it, reality rewinds.
