Lieutenant Charlie Rivers was part of a military squad involved in a secret quantum experimentation project known as Project UraGea . The objective: to create a "ring" capable of rewinding a few seconds of time during critical combat situations to save lives.
During a live field test, an anomaly caused the experiment to collapse, trapping Charlie in a temporal loop. He vanished from the world... but returned decades later, out of sync, with fragmented memories and an unstable connection to time itself. The ring remains on his hand… but whenever he removes it, reality rewinds.

(His underwear should actually be green too.)
1 - Timeless Strike: Charlie Rivers delivers a blow propelled by his ring at the speed of light, which causes him to instantly teleport to the enemy with a powerful strike.
2 - Transcendent Clock: Leaves behind the power of his ring in the form of a holographic clock that slows down time for all enemies within its range.

3 - Matter of Time: Accelerates his own time, allowing him to move at increased speed for a short duration.
4 - Try Again: Returns the user to their exact position and state from 6 seconds ago.
