Charged punch dodge penalty remover

Hey all. I know you can dodge the "Charged Punch" with pressing F and eventually stunning the hero that charged towards you. I believe stunning them is very strict. Since some heroes like Abrams solely focus on melee damage, if they get stunned, they will die very fast in the late game.
I suggest to add a late game item (costs 3000) to replace this stun penalty with a slow penalty instead. Also, since it's a late game item and made for melee attackers, it should increase health, melee/weapon damage and/or bullet/spirit resistance. HP regens increment is not suggested since HP regen is not much effective in late game.
 
It's much harder to be countered if you use the light melee attack, part of the risk/reward is that it's a big hit/heal for Abrams if you manage to land the charged hits but you should use them with caution and not simply spam them over and over. Mix it up a bit, move around, go between shooting, light punch, heavy punch instead of making things obvious. If they counter they waste a couple seconds in the animation which is essentially a stun on them instead. Also his gun is good too, you just have to build correctly on him, you should alternate between shooting and melee as him with the right builds.

"If they get stunned they will die..." ok lmao, then just stick to shooting.

If they whiff a parry, there's a 7-second lockout before they're able to use it again: just melee them during that cooldown.

Also, the punch is telegraphed and you should almost always be able to react to it, so long as you're in position and looking out for it.
