Charged abilities get bonus Spirit Power before becoming charged.

There are a few abilities that aren't charged initially but become charged as part of their AP upgrades.
These abilities still get the Bonus Spirit Power from Extra Charge and Rapid Recharge before unlocking the requires tier.

• Infernus Flame Dash
• Haze’s Smoke Bomb
• Geist’s Life Drain

Not sure if there's any others that I missed.
