When leveling the T3 for Smoke Bomb and Flame Dash with tab, the UI will properly show the number of charges and time between charges. However, once you let go of tab, the number of charges and time between charges will no longer show in the UI. They do not appear at all if you level with hotkey. The below image is what I'd expect to see at any point when hovering over the ability in the UI after unlocking the T3.
