Hello,

I am reaching out on behalf of my friend, who just downloaded Deadlock and is experiencing a graphical issue. In his matches, certain character model textures and vertices seem to get "stuck" in the air while the characters themselves move normally, causing extreme stretching of the models.

What we have tried so far:
Clearing the DirectX 11 cache
Reinstalling DirectX 11
Updating Intel drivers (Pentium Gold G6400, no NVIDIA GPU)
Completely reinstalling the game and restarting the PC
Changing the graphics API from DX11 to Vulkan (caused crashes instead)
The first two matches ran completely fine without any issues. However, after that, this problem started occurring, and eventually, the game began crashing before reaching the menu. Adding -dx11 as a Steam launch parameter stopped the crashes, but the texture stretching issue remains and it happens in every game(and in menu)

Is there a solution to this problem? ty
