Character Model Stretched + Can't Control

During the entire match (bot match with two other players), character was stretched and I could not control movements or menus while character was stretched out. Didn't seem to be caused by any effects in particular, and seemed random since it happened in various areas on the map, including spawn zone. Often was accompanied by intense large spikes.
