Character gets stuck and can't perform actions properly

After the new patch dropped today, I loaded into a bot match with Seven and noticed that when I dropped from the zipline I could not do anything. I couldn't move, jump, or use abilities. My character attempted to do them but the animation reset almost instantly and i was either returned to where i was originally (in the case of movement actions) or the animation would play its first few frames before resetting (in the case of abilities. Note that the ability did not go on cooldown when this happened).

The only action I could perform was shooting my gun, but it did no damage and also had an insane fire rate if i held a movement key while firing. At some point I alt-tabbed out of the game to find I could move again, but as soon as i tried going up a nearby staircase I got stuck again. Jumping was also weird during the time that I could move.

Important notes: I switched to Infernus to see if it only happened on Seven, but it happened on him as well. I also tried closing the game, but the but persisted. The bug was NOT present in sandbox mode. I could not jump off the zipline, I had to wait for my character to reach the end by itself. Match ID is 10806 for my first time experiencing it.

UPDATE: Uninstalled and reinstalled game, bug still happens. Cannot play bot matches as a result. Will see if matches with other players causes this as well.

This only really happened to me on some specific characters, but you should be able to get around it by using the dev tools in the pause menu to unstick your char. Or at least the one time it happened to me I fixed it that way.

Same happened to me playing Vindicta in Public Bot Match when I alt-tabed during landing from the zip-line. Second alt-tab fixed everything for me.
