Character froze mid-match

I went up to the enemy shrine and started attacking after which I was frozen, was taking no damage, and pressing buttons only duplicated my abilities as you can see.

Just adding info. The match completed like usual but upon returning to the lobby it still showed the kills for the match on the sidebar. Closing the game and returning fixed it.

same here. this happens to me when I have high ping. don't think hero matter in this one.
