Changing `citadel_active_lane` with bots crashes the game

Hello

Setting cvar to 10 with bots in game caused the game to crash.
Setting the cvar to 0 and 1 repeatedly doesn't cause crashes.
Without bots, there's no crashes.
I could upload a .mdmp if needed, forum is not allowing me tho.
