Change Team crystal missing from hideout

The change team crystal is just completely missing from the hideout after the latest hotfix patch.

Force reloading the game & hideout doesn't spawn it in either.

I think it's because you're alone in the group, the crystal only spawn when there is someone in your group

This has never been the case, if I backdate to the previous build from yesterday it's there when solo in the hideout (granted you cannot party or queue with anyone due to build IDs not matching the server).
