CHANGE RANK TIMES

When rank was released we were told that we could change our time zone (daily schedule) every seven days. We haven't been able to change since which is not fair. I selected a time zone thinking I would be able to change it. Mon-Friday I can only play 6pm-12am which doesnt work. When are you going to let us select the daily schedule again?

The Schedules was when daily ranks were set over two slots with a break in the middle. And you weren't free of chosing, it was imposed by the server you are on (for example Europe had 2 daily schedule, one for Western and one for Eastern Europe). That whole plan was dropped once they moved to a single time slot.
