Change how the "Unstick" function works/Rem tunnels being considered solid geometry

As part of the thousands or so people getting stuck outside the map, the "Unstick" function doesn't work as intended.

Got stuck in Rem tunnels because of Doorman portals and cart, but the command only keeps putting me back in the tunnels. If there's worry about the system being abused, just make the Unstick function designate the open lanes (closest from where getting unstuck) as the only viable areas to send your character.
