Atleast on ivy, she randomly starts screaming in panic most extreme version of this quote, i might be mistaken, but it seems like there is a counter for how many times this quote was used to decide what voiceline to use. But it is either bugged or has no time limit to refresh, or counter increases from pinging other heroes( even if it happend minutes ago), so hero just randomly starts screaming in panic without ping being spammed
This is disturbing, having different quotes is nice but its kinda strange to hear that panic in calm time of match
