Capacitor not working on burrow or vindicta flight.

My friend and I were just testing out the limits of counter spell and capacitor. (Did you know you can counter spell and application of fixation?) And capacitor did not work on Mo burrow or Vindicta Flight, despite working on things like Talon flight and infernus dash. It seems like the intention is that it would work.

For some more weird Capacitor trivia, the effect that makes you immune to re-applications of Silencer is technically a buff and can be purged with Capacitor. Not incredibly useful, but it can be abused to apply Silencer twice back-to-back.
