Can't use slide key in lobby

When I'm in the lobby, the area near "Play", I can't press my "C" key to slide. But when I go into the range right next to it to shoot at some bots, now I can. Idk why.

I'm guessing because C is used to cancel your queue when you are in that part of the lobby. Not sure if rebindable
