While waiting to respawn, switched character specific keybinds for Pocket as follows:
Frogs: E -> Q
Satchel: Q -> E
Barrage and Cloak were not changed and were mapped to Mouse 4 and Mouse 5, respectively and upon respawning, I could not use Cloak. I am confident that this is not an issue with my mouse because the keybind symbol thingy on the Cloak cooldown UI element would do the pulsing animation when I pressed M5. I tried mapping the M key on my keyboard as a secondary keybind to see if that would fix it which did not work. After dying again I alt+tabbed to quickly skim the forums and see if this issue was reported already and tabbed back in at roughly 10 seconds before respawn (I also removed the secondary keybind on Cloak). When I respawned, I could use Cloak but then found that I could not use Barrage (Mouse 4) in the same way as Cloak, previously.
