Can't upgrade abilities in street brawl when game crashes during loading.

I can't verify exactly how accurate it is, but my friend timed out when loading into a street brawl game. When she relaunched her game, she couldn't upgrade her abilities. This was fixed upon entering the second round, and she got the first two rounds worth of ability points, but during round 1 she couldn't upgrade them at all, and it wasn't a visual glitch either.
