I've bound my 3 and 4 to my scroll wheel using the old config file method just before the quickcast was added.
It is now permabound to the scroll wheel. I have the abilities bound to E and 4 now in default and in Lady Geist, and the scroll wheel down still activated Malice and the scroll wheel up still activated the swap.
I have removed the config file from the game's files in explorer and removed the -exec command from properties in Steam that would allow it to continue.
I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it again, as well as been through several updates.
I suspect that there is a separate place where Quick Cast abilities are saved that did not get flushed properly for some reason. As new as the game is, it's possible that the problem is on your end, but my incompetence is competitive. Please help me solve this.
