Can't target self with double click ability on mouse3.

It's been this way for a long time now. You can't cancel abilities with Mouse 3(mousewheel click in). Any ability you would want to self cast with double click will not work this way either.

Could really use a fix. Mouse wheel click has not worked properly for months now.
