Whenever I try to start matchmaking or lane training, I immediately get the error #Citadel_StartMatchMaking_NoRegionPings. If I try to spectate a game, I get the error "Lost connection, even after trying several relays in different geographic locations." I don't use a VPN, my internet is fine otherwise, other games work properly, the game is not blocked by my firewall.
Bizarrely, when I use my phone's USB tethering to connect to my home network that way, everything works fine.
