Can't start match

help I can't play a single match of the game, I only can play sandbox and the tutorials up to the final tutorial where it teaches you to push the lane in the actual map of the game against 2 botsBut when I try to play in a private lobby against bots, public lobby against bots or public game against players the game just won't start, what it does it to put me in the loading screen for a few seconds and then it spits me back into the main menu screen without any error messages or anything (if it's a private lobby against bots), it only tells me disconnected from the server (when it's a public lobby against bots or players)I want to be able to play and there is no guides on the internet for this specific problem yet, it's not hardware related and I already did the region override command but the game only allows me to play the tutorials or sandbox, nothing elseI want to know if anybody else has the same problem or if somebody knows a possible solution

Same, I had this issue a few patches ago, then it was fixed, and now it's broken again. Put into an imaginary queue and then dumped a bit later.

solution : Even though I'm in Asia, the game seems to see me as being in Europe. It probably depends on my internet service provider. I've tried changing regions and testing by pressing private bot to test if it can find a room. It can after using VPN.
