Can't self cast Healing Rite when ability mapped to MOUSE3

I have my 3rd ability mapped to MOUSE3 (clicking the scroll wheel). I bought Healing Rite, assigned it to the Z key. Pressed Z, got the prompt to self cast with MOUSE3. However, when I pressed MOUSE3, my 3rd ability triggered instead (in this case, Ivy's stone form/gargoyle ability). While the ability was on cooldown, the self cast with MOUSE3 worked without issue.

I did not test other self cast items/abilities or other characters. I believe this is a new issue after the recent patch as I have not run into it in the past.

hey, i fixed it with changing alternate cast to double tap, though i had ivy's ulti bound to mouse3

If you dont want alt/self cast to use double tap I believe you can also rebind the selfcast key to be something that isn't the same as one of your abilities (in this case 3rd one) which should resolve the problem as well.

If you want stick to using a selfcast key instead of one of the other options maybe consider using scroll up or down on your mouse (assuming you haven't bound those to something else.)

Otherwise I'd probably need to see your keybind list and know if you use left/right hand on keyboard to offer a different suggestion.

Good call! I switched it to double tap but now just have to get used to it. Definitely had to increase the timing window haha
