Cant see Bullets/my Games Muted/Cant use Abilities Bug Please help **

Hi, My game started bugging out earlier today. The Bullets arent showing up, I cant shoot my gun or use my abilities.

Its happening on two different computers with my steam account.. so its not my computer. I reinstalled the game and even did a system reset on my computer and it didnt fix anything.

Can any dev help me with this. It must be linked to my steam account somehow
