After a game over, if you press Esc and leave match (not abandon, but upon completion of the match) too early, the match results will be bugged. Specifically the error "Failed to download the match metadata file for match XXX". This will fix itself after some time, but the user will experience getting the match results much slower.
Experienced this while playing solo and duos, and when my friend gets the results and I hit 'Retry' as the screen suggests, it still does not show.
